- Type 2 to 64 entries, one per team. A doubles team is one entry, named like "Ann / Bo". Singles or doubles is a label only and changes nothing in the bracket.
- The order you type is the seeding: the first name is seed 1. Move a name up or down with the arrows, or shuffle for a random draw. A shuffled order is a random draw, so the byes go to the first names.
- When you press Start, the bracket is built. Its size is the next power of two above your entries, and the top seeds get the byes. Seeds 1 and 2 can meet only in the final. The page shows your byes, first-round matches and rounds before you start.
- Tap the winner of each match. Scores are optional: if you enter both, the higher score wins and a tie is refused. Byes move on by themselves and are not matches.
- You can change a result at any time. If a later match already depends on it, the tool asks before it clears those results, and Undo takes the change back.
- End the bracket to see who went out in each round. Print the bracket sheet, or a blank one for 4, 8, 16, 32 or 64 entries.
- The bracket is saved on this device, so a reload or a locked phone loses nothing.

What is a bye in a tournament bracket?
A bye is an empty first-round slot, and the team that would have played it starts in round two. The top seeds get the byes. With 13 entries the bracket has 16 slots, so seeds 1 to 3 get byes. A bye is not a match and records no score.
How does a single elimination bracket work?
Teams are paired off, the winner of each match moves on and the loser is out, until one team is left. The best seeds are placed so they meet late. The guide explains seeding, byes and how many rounds and matches a bracket needs.
