Welcome to PickleCrew. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines.

1. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any data, text, communications, or other materials ("User Content") that you submit, post, or display on PickleCrew. You agree that your User Content will comply with our Community Guidelines.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Posting spam, unauthorized promotional materials, or commercial advertisements.
• Uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the application.

4. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and moderate User Content. We utilize a report and block system. Content that violates these terms may be removed, and users who repeatedly violate these terms may be suspended or permanently banned without notice.

5. Community Guidelines

PickleCrew is built for the pickleball community. We ask all members to adhere to the following principles:

• Be Respectful: Treat all players with respect, both on the app and on the court.
• No Hate Speech: We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards hate speech, discrimination, and bigotry.
• Keep It About Pickleball: Ensure group communications and LFG (Looking for Game) messages remain focused on the sport.
• Play Fair: Accurately report your scores and skill levels to maintain the integrity of our leaderboards and matchmaking.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PickleCrew makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. In no event shall PickleCrew be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
