Pickleball session planner

Enter your players, courts and game length. It shows how many rounds fit, when it ends and who sits out.

Example: With 15-minute games and 2 minutes between rounds, 8 players on 2 courts need 7 rounds for a full rotation, which takes 117 minutes (1 hour 57 minutes). In 90 minutes, 5 rounds fit. The rounds come from the generator's chart; the minutes are your numbers.

How it counts

Rounds come from the same chart as the round robin generator, so the two pages always agree. Time is the rounds times your game length, plus the changeover between rounds. Stopping early cuts the chart short, and the games and sit-outs shown are counted over the rounds you would play.

15 minutes is an example, not a finding. bounce.game puts open play games to 11 at 10 to 20 minutes (page published May 1, 2026, read November 6, 2026), and a round robin game may run shorter or longer. Enter your own.

2 minutes between rounds is an example too. Enter what your courts need.

PickleCrew does not time games, send reminders or know your court booking. This is arithmetic on the numbers you enter.
